📆 Return Policy
- Returns accepted only for major issues (e.g., wrong item, significantly different from description).
- Customized Products are made-to-order, so no refunds or exchanges unless defective.
- Color variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
📌 How to Request a Return
- Contact Customer Support at support@custombold.com with:
- Order number
- Video or photo of the faulty item
- Complete delivery address & phone number
- Await approval. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or as store credit.
- If a return is made without approval, a refund will not be issued.

- Changes/cancellations allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After 12 hours, orders are locked for processing.
