📆 Return Policy

  • Returns accepted only for major issues (e.g., wrong item, significantly different from description).
  • Customized Products are made-to-order, so no refunds or exchanges unless defective.
  • Color variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

📌 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support at support@custombold.com with:
    • Order number
    • Video or photo of the faulty item
    • Complete delivery address & phone number
  2. Await approval. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or as store credit.
  3. If a return is made without approval, a refund will not be issued.

💳 Cancellations & Modifications

  • Changes/cancellations allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After 12 hours, orders are locked for processing.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping fees.

🚫 No Refunds for:

  • Incorrect shipping address or unavailability at delivery.
  • Loss due to security issues at your address (if marked as delivered).
